Retirement Announcement 

After more than 20 years of dedicated service as the founding President and CEO, Dr. Tom Evans has announced his intention to retire from his leadership role by December 31, 2026. Under Dr. Evans’ sustained and visionary leadership, the Compass Healthcare Collaborative (formerly Iowa Healthcare Collaborative) was founded and has evolved through many strategic phases, continually advancing its role and impact within the medical community and for the patients it serves.

The Board of Directors has begun a comprehensive search for his successor and looks forward to the next chapter, while celebrating Dr. Evans’ outstanding contributions and enduring legacy.  Tuft & Associates, Inc., Executive Search Specialists, has been exclusively retained by Compass Healthcare Collaborative to lead the search for its next President/CEO.
