Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) Requests Feedback on 340b Rebate Model Pilot

HRSA has issued a Request for Information to gather stakeholder input on using rebates to help implement the 340b Program's ceiling price. The RFI also asks what standards and procedures should govern approval of manufacturer rebate plans and how rebates could affect all stakeholders. Feedback is due no later than April 20, 2026.
