November is Homelessness Awareness Month

November is just around the corner, making it an ideal time to raise awareness about adults, children, and families who are at risk of or are currently experiencing homelessness and to ensure they’re connected to local support and resources. The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) has developed a toolkit to shed light on the challenges faced by individuals experiencing both homelessness and mental or substance use disorders.
