May is Mental Health Awareness Month
Normalize the conversation about mental health by talking about it during the month of May and all year. A person’s mental health is just as important as their physical health. Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) created resources for peers, parents and caregivers, friends and family, educators and community and faith leaders to support conversations around mental health.
